PVP rules
Surrender & Fear RP:

Must interact and share dialogue before fighting.

Running from combat allows the aggressor to chase. Respect surrendering players.

After being knocked out, you must comply with their demands, and act wounded.

If you are downed and the attackers lose sight of you, you may flee sneakily and reasonably, i.e don't swim away, don't parkour, etc.
Fight Conduct:

Meta-gaming is not allowed—act according to your character’s perspective

Once downed in combat, you cannot rejoin the fight, even if something seems unfair. Submit a ticket instead.

You may not swap armor during a fight.
Respawning:

Players respawn at their tombstone up to four times. After the fourth death, respawn at the stones
General Combat Rules:

No harpoons in PVP.

Leading creatures into fights is discouraged.
-
The In-Between is a neutral zone—no PVP unless part of a scripted RP event.

Animation canceling (e.g., fast weapon swapping) is strictly forbidden; report violations with evidence.

Killing tamed animals without an RP reason is griefing.

When you are about to begin a PvP Scenario, you must have a IC motive to want to fight, such as revenge, wanting to rob, etc.

You are required to make your intentions known, be it direct or indirect, they must be clearly readable. Both sides must exchange dialogue before the fight errupts.

Do not spam jump to scale walls. If there is an intricate and reasonable way to scale a wall, for example jumping on a kiln, then on a platform, you may. You may not do extreme parkour that a regular human being would not be capable of.
Raids and Wars:

A war ticket must be made before the battle to discuss the terms and conditions and OOC coordination. One liaison of each group must be present in this ticket.

Spectators/bystanders are not allowed and when asked to leave they must leave.

Demands, Rules Locations will be decided solely by the two leaders, some rules may be excused if both sides agree, such as harpoon usage.

Admins may participate with a player character or a non-plot relevant admin character, if both sides agree. The Admins are obligated to show both leaders their entire inventory, skills, and how they will appear in the fight. Admins will not participate if one sides disagrees.

You may not repair or make additional builds mid-raid.
PVP Cooldown Rules:

24 hour cooldown between both parties or individuals. Attacking more than once will be considered griefing.

The side that loses may retaliate later in the day, regardless of the outcome of the second fight, they will be put on a 24 hour cooldown as well.
Loot Table:

Only the player who downed the person is able to take loot. No one else involved is allowed.

One Armor Piece

One Item slot of general materials (Metals, stone, wood, meats etc.)

One Item slot of Vegetables and Food

Up to 999 Gold

One boat
-
Boats cannot be stolen unless there is roleplay beforehand. Stealing a boat without interaction is considered griefing.

You may not steal the contents of the boat's inventory, only the boat itself. It must be emptied in a way that allows players to have their items before being taken.

You may not take belts or weapons.
